Join us for the continuation of our Chakra Intentions Series —Sacral Chakra - a nourishing virtual workshop exploring the Svadhisthana. It will be held Sunday, August 31 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CST).
The Sacral Chakra is the second chakra of our energetic system. Located just below the navel in the lower abdomen, it’s associated with the energy of creativity, pleasure, emotions, sensuality and relationships. When balanced, it helps us feel emotionally open, inspired, passionate, and able to enjoy life fully. When imbalanced, however, it can lead to emotional instability, creative blockages, guilt, fear and intimacy difficulties.
This workshop is designed to gently guide you back to your emotions, build better bonds with self and others, and inspire your creative force. Here’s what to expect:
