3 Private 90 Minute sessions (prenatal or postpartum)

The Sacred Arrival Experience

5 Private 90 min sessions (Prenatal or Postpartum)

A deeper container for preparation and integration. Includes personalized birth planning, guided somatic practices, mediation and spiritual alignment work to help you approach birth with confidence and calm.

Sacred Arrival + Labor Support

5 Private Sessions + on-call labor support

Includes:

• Two-week on-call window
• Continuous in hospital labor support
